It was great to see my cousin Henry!  I used to drive there for the holidays during the UCLA years, but it got difficult when the kids are here.  It was lots of fun to visit again, and of course, aunt and uncle made lots and lots of awesome food for us.  Thanks!

Also got to test drive Henry’s Porche Boxster.  What a fun little car!  I think I’ll get one, in 18 years maybe?

Turkey
Well, this Thanksgiving, I attempted to make a bacon wrapped turkey but failed miserably. While the turkey sure looked nice when it was done, it didn’t taste that great… Actually, it had no taste @#$#… I think I must have messed up on the brine. But oh well, I think we should just get a small chicken-sized turkey next time since I have yet to seen a turkey consumed completely at any Thanksgiving, and this time I think only 1/8 of it was gone.

Jeannie, on the other hand, baked some pumpkin bread that was nice and yum. (uh, of course! Ok, really, it was good :) )

Hair
While waiting for the turkey, Jeannie got bored and started messing with Lorelai’s hair. Poor Lorelai… To make her feel better, I decided that I’ll do my hair too to make her feel better. Funky picture time:

Lights
Sunday, after doing nothing throughout the whole break, I was “motivated” to put on the Xmas lights… Oh well, I guess I better.
