Lorelai Getting Shots

We took her to get her shots last week, and it’s getting more and more difficult now that she has an idea of what’s going on… She was fine at the ouside waiting room, but once we got to the small waiting room she knew that staying there was a really bad idea and kept telling us to go. Sorry :(

Here Jeannie’s trying to distract her with a ball, and it worked for a couple of seconds, until the doctor walked in and she completely lost it…

Lorelai’s 6-Month Shots, Weekend Adventure

Last Friday Lorelai was due for her 6-month shot – they sure like to stick lots needles into babies. I am still not quite sure why they can’t just mix everything up into 1 shot. Wouldn’t that be much easier for everyone?

Anyway, Lorelai is again at her favorite place in the world:

She seems to react well to the shots tho (or rather, not reacting to them). She was a bit grumpy, but not too bad.

Over the weekend, we took her out to our one-stop shopping place – Costco! She seems to enjoy shopping around and looking at the various shiny objects.

But it proved to be too much for her when we stopped by Bed Bath & Beyond after Costco.

Lorelai’s 4-Month Shots

Sorry about the back-dating. Have been busy (with what, I am not really sure…) and haven’t had much free time. Lorelai went to see the doc today for her 4-Month shots with Jeannie & Grandma Lin. They went on time according to the appointment and still had to wait for more than 1 hour (why do doctor’s offices always do that?)… Anyway, Lorelai was ok up till the shots took place on her thighs… Ouch, 2 shots each :(

She’s now 15lb 6oz & 24″, and is rated at the 75 percentile. Good Job!
