Lorelai + Apple

Ever since the time change, we have been feeling super duper tired everyday. This one hour can really throw your bodies off! We basically have been trying to get some sleep/rest whenever we can and haven’t really done anything else lately. Maybe it’s just dealing with Lorelai’s super high energy that’s making us tired, but hopefully we will get over it soon, whatever it might be…

In the mean time, Jeannie discovered that Lorelai is in an apple phase – she just loves them, alot. I suppose that’s a good thing, better that than candies :)

Lorelai’s 15-month Doctor Visit

Friday afternoon I took Lorelai to see the doctor again for her check-up. She’s 25lb and 33″, kinda “too healthy” as the doctor put it… By now she already knows that this office is not a fun place to be, and started to get upset once we entered the exam room.

Time seems to get shorter and shorter everyday now that Jeannie’s school started up again. Since Jeannie is teaching a new grade this year, there are a lot of class preparations that she needs to do from scratch, which takes a good amount of work. House works are piling up and we are also dealing with some wild animal problems (more on that later). I guess things are just chaotic, thus the reason why we haven’t been updating.

Things haven’t really slowed down, but I guess we should do a quick update on what Lorelai has been up to:

Funny Faces, Cops, and Johnny Rockets

We took it easy after the trip since we were all dead tired. Thursday we went out for a little lunch in the neighborhood and Lorelai made these funny faces:

Friday we went to the newly opened Johnny Rockets here in Chino Hills (it was the 1st time for both Lorelai & me). Lorelai made more funny faces and enjoyed some fries and shake while I enjoyed their Smoke House Burger:
