Jeannie & I watched it last night, and for some reason this movie was surprisingly bad for both of us.  I had thought that it would be a good movie, seeing that it didn’t get reviews that were all that bad, and the topic seems interesting, but I was obviously wrong.  The movie was so slow and long, and the plot just kinda dragged on.  There were a couple mini-plots that were supposed to be tided to the main one, but they just didn’t seem to be THAT connected.  These mini plots made the movie out of focus, and the main plot being really depressing and slow didn’t really help either.

These kind of movies can be really good when it’s done right, like Crash, but this one didn’t make it.  We just wanted to get it over with by the end of the movie and didn’t really need to see the end to know that the ending is going to be lame (which it was).
