Did you know that there is actually a word made just for that? I certainly didn’t know, not until I learned the word in Akeelah and the Bee, which, by the way, is a good movie, and I definitely recommand it.
So here is the Word of the Day:
Logorrhea
Diarrhea of the Mouth, or put it more politely: “Excessive talkativeness or wordiness”.
There are certainly a number of people that I know that suffer from this illness. They have Pepto-Bismol for Diarrhea, I wonder if they make something for Logorrhea… Like: S-T-F-U, STFU, remedy to lessen the effects of logorrhea.
